The Venue

The conference takes place in the Sun Palace Cancun All Inclusive Resort in Cancun, Mexico.

The hotel is only a few miles way from Cancun airport, making it easy to travel to. Located steps from Cancun's main shopping and entertainment area this resort speaks tropical fun for the whole family. A stroll through this property uncovers three outdoor pools, a kids club, spa facilities, and several bars and restaurants.

Pricing

The conference itself is free of charge. You only need to cover your hotel room costs, which depend on the category selected. This price is per room per night, regardless of whether one or two persons stay. It includes all meals and beverages as part of the hotel's all-inclusive package.
Take advantage of the special conference offer to extend your stay at the hotel. You can book rooms from January 17 to January 25.

Once you completed your registration on this page, we will provide you with a direct link to book your hotel rooms on the hotel's website. Your conference registration will be official once your hotel booking is completed.

Each participant registering before September 1st, 2024, will receive one raffle ticket. The raffle will take place during the conference.

The contest is void where prohibited by law, and the decision of the organizers is final. No legal recourse is available.

Superior Deluxe Lagoon View Single or Double $ 481 USD per room, per night. Extra person: $ 171 USD per night

Superior Deluxe Ocean View Single or Double $ 550 USD per room, per night.

Honeymoon Single or Double $ 628 USD per room, per night.

Governor Suite Single or Double $ 1,016 USD per room, per night.

Maximum occupancy per room is four (4) persons, regardless of age.

Cancellation

Cancellations received up to 91 days prior to arrival, will be charged 50 % of their stay;
Cancellations received between 90 and 31 days prior to arrival, will be charged 90 % of their stay;
Cancellations received within up to 30 days or less, prior to arrival, will be charged 100 % of their stay
