RACE RESULT API Keys can be generated in the Customer Area on www.raceresult.com.

API Keys can be granted for either just the REST API (online device server) or for the both the REST API and RACE RESULT 12 access. Note that API Keys for RACE RESULT 12 will grant full access to ALL data in ALL events, and so should only be shared with trusted third party platforms. 

It is recommended to create a unique API Key for each different platform you intend to work with, allowing these to be indepdently revoked if necessary. 

Optionally add an expiration date to each API Key to limit this for specific events.
