Timing solution for
Velodromes
The active solution is used in cycling. It offers reliable detections with an accuracy of 0.004 s even at high speeds.
Connect up to 7 Loop Boxes wirelessly to the main timing system and easily divide the track into up to 8 timing segments. It has never been so easy to set split times in pursuit races or individual sector times. Thanks to the wireless connection of the Loop Boxes, you don't need any complex cabling and you can also add the boxes later or borrow them for individual events.
Setup
Put the loop under the track. It is best to install an empty conduit for this so that you can replace the cable if in doubt, even if the space below the track is used for other purposes.
The ActivePro V3 Transponder is attached to the front fork of the bike. Use either the Active Chip Holder or simply cable ties.
The easiest way to evaluate the laps in training is with TrackTiming. Alternatively, and recommended for official competitions, use our RACE RESULT12 software, where timing can easily be carried out using the "lap race" template.
