In the 10 years of its existence, RACE RESULT has become a global brand. The company recorded double-digit growth again last year and continues to expand its market share on all continents. With a redesign of its brand identity and website, RACE RESULT has now aligned its visual appearance with its status as innovation leader of sports timing industry. “This new brand image was designed to reflect our unique innovative power and the outstanding quality of our products. We keep moving forward in creating a consistent brand experience to our customers around the world”, says CEO Soenke Petersen. The new logo was developed to combine the technological perfection of RACE RESULT products and the emotions of sports competitions. The symbol, a stylized finish line arch, will serve for a high recognition value. As a so-called “impossible object” the arch stands for the great variety of applications for RACE RESULT timing hardware and software. The new logo modification “powered by RACE RESULT” is free to use for all customers, who want to show which timing equipment they rely on. RACE RESULT customers are free to use it in the context of their timing services. Terms of use and files can be downloaded from the website. The changeover to the new brand design will happen over the coming weeks. "Websites, documents etc. will be adapted step by step. And as sustainability is one of our key values, we won't throw away things just because they have the older logo on it. In terms of hardware, what matters is on the inside", says Soenke Petersen.
