With a new concept and a modern look, the event database my.raceresult.com stands out. RACE RESULT thus improves the user experience for athletes and the service for timers. With a new, intelligent search function and newly introduced categories, participants can search even more specifically for suitable events. This not only allows for faster registration and retrieval of results, the platform also becomes the ideal tool for finding the next sporting challenge - and for registering directly. In addition, my.raceresult.com now gives timekeepers and organizers more visibility. Strengthen customer network “We are proud on our global network with hundreds of timekeepers that rely on our technology; not only on our platform for registration and results, also on RACE RESULT hardware. With the new prominently placed “Timers” category, we want to show this diversity and support our customers. Everyone can get an idea of this huge network of event professionals. If you are looking for a competent service provider for your event, you will find it here,” says CEO Sönke Petersen. All events on my.racereult.com can be added to a group in the backend. A logo and header image give these groups an individual look. The timekeepers are currently displayed with a picture, logo, contact information and their published events. Development continues “We have a lot of ideas on how we can expand the concept further. Our customers are at the center of our considerations. We want to work out their individual strengths even better in the future,” reports Petersen. The platform my.raceresult.com recorded around 20 million result views in 2019 and currently lists a total of 60,000 events. On average, every minute two athletes register for an event anywhere in the world, around a million per year. How are the new groups created and edited in RACE RESULT 12? How does the algorithm work in the background? You can find out more about this in this Knowledge Base article.
